This department is responsible for establishing and implementing operational policies and procedures and providing oversight of complex processes while executing targeted initiatives with the overarching goal of providing value through “systemizes” across all of UCH.

Within various initiatives, the goals are increasing revenue and achieving significant cost savings. Key areas of focus include:
