People Leader Forum

The People Leaders Forum is an opportunity for people managers to connect with one another to develop leadership skills, build community, share best practices, swap strategies for navigating current challenges and learn to better support themselves and their teams.

The People Leaders Forum will take place on the third Friday of each month from 1-2 p.m. (PT).

You can register to attend these Forums in the UC Learning Center.

Access past People Leader Forum Materials 

UCOP has been hosting the popular People Leader Forum series since 2021. Now, you can access presentations and materials from all past session on Box. Check out past forum materials here. Recent topics have included employee onboarding, creating job descriptions, UC Experience Conversations, the equity compensation process and more!

Please note that UCPath managers and supervisors are welcome to attend the UCOP forums in addition to, but not instead of, the UCPath forums.
