The University of California Office of the President is committed to offering a safe environment for all members of its community. All forms of sexual harassment and sexual violence, including sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking violate University policy and may violate California law.

Education and Training
UCOP offers training courses specifically designed to prevent sexual harassment and sexual violence. To help prevent sexual violence, all members of the UCOP community are required to receive sexual violence prevention and intervention training and education regularly.
Sexual Harassment /Sexual Violence Prevention Training for Non-Supervisors
Starting January 31, 2016, non-supervisory staff will be required to take sexual harassment prevention training that must be completed by May 1, 2016. New hires will be required to complete the course within six weeks of employment. This 50-minute course is delivered online through the UC Learning Center.
