Office of Loan Programs

On January 22, 2014, the Regents of the University of California approved the formation of a nonprofit corporation and the transfer of the residential lending activities of the Office of Loan Programs to the nonprofit corporation.

The Articles of Incorporation of The University of California Home Loan Program Corporation (UCHLP) were filed with the California Secretary of State on January 22, 2014.

UCHLP assumed the residential lending activities of the Office of Loan Programs on February 1, 2014.
