Service Description
ITS offers an IBM mainframe service for UCOP and other UC locations. The service includes mainframe hardware/software installation, customization, SSL-encrypted connectivity, planning, monitoring, backup, recovery, and consultation, as well as LPAR and/or VM hosting, application hosting, and any other infrastructure type service on IBM hardware and connected p and X hardware.

24/7, except during planned outages

All UCOP and UC location customers.

The cost of the service is based on usage, type of license, and support level.
