COVID-19 protocols in effect
UCOP COVID-19 protocols effective June 27, 2023, for employees, contractors, vendors, students, and visitors who come on-site at a UCOP facility
Protocol | Requirement |
Masks | Livermore, Oakland, Riverside and Sacramento: Not required. UCDC: Mask requirements may vary, so please follow local coronavirus guidance on the UC Washington Center website. |
COVID-19 Testing | Optional for employees, contractors, and visitors unless attending UCOP-sponsored event/meeting anticipated to have 20 or more attendees (including support staff). |

Vaccination | Required to comply with the systemwide Policy on Vaccination Programs. (UCOP employees and contractors only) |
Positive Case Reporting | Report if you test positive for COVID-19 or are notified that you have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed COVID-19 infection AND have been on-site in the last five days (48 hours for contractors and visitors). |
Events | Follow guidance for Meeting Organizers to manage meeting/event of 20 or more people (including support staff) |
