Diversity and campus climate

The Office of the President has been diligent and forthright in its focus on addressing diversity and campus climate on the UC campuses. From the creation of a systemwide Campus Climate reporting site to the establishment of UCOP and Campus Climate Committees, we are moving beyond the numbers of diversity to creating healthy campus climates for students, faculty, and staff.
