Paul Master has several decades of experience in managing a variety projects and teams. Paul’s approach to Project Management is, in his words, “just enough” Project Management—applying the correct level of structure and tools to suit the particular client and project. 

To know Paul is to also know his enthusiasm for motorcycles. He regularly competes in the sport of Motorcycle Trials and rides a bike to work every day.

Paul’s projects at UCOP include: Decision Support System (DSS), Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) CRM implementation, Benefits Re-design, Disability Mapping.
