President's Advisory Committee on the Status of Women
We promote women's equitable access to programs, opportunities and activities at UCOP.
PACSW is open to all UCOP employees with an interest in examining issues regarding the status of women at UCOP and analyzing existing policies, procedures, and programs that affect those issues. We advance an agenda to remove barriers and foster inclusion for women at UCOP, identify and support model programs or activities, and recommend to the President changes that will afford women equal and fair access. While the Systemwide Advisory Committee on the Status of Women has representation from each UC location, PACSW is focused on the equitable inclusion of the women of UCOP.
