Through spring 2013, the University of California administered a systemwide study on the campus climate of it students, faculty and staff at the 10 UC campuses as well as the Office of the President, five medical centers, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources. It is the largest university system climate study that reached out to more than 386,000 individuals.

IRAP assists with data cleansing, validation and preparation for the climate survey data warehouse. We provide subject matter knowledge on survey and data structure, and offer data reporting trainings and presentations to various departments and campus groups in the use of data system for strategic analysis of campus climate.

IRAP also performs in-depth data-driven research on focused areas such as institutional diversity, inclusion, and work-life issues in support of systemwide outcome assessment, strategic planning, and decision making.
