Records Management

Records Management Services (RMS) maintains the Central Records Collection of the Office of the President, which consists primarily of correspondence and related materials such as reports, studies, agendas, and minutes. Other RMS services include digitally capturing the incoming mail of the UC president and other senior administrators; compilation and distribution of summaries of recent executive correspondence; and retrieval of UCOP documents in response to internal and external requests.
