Service Description
Departments may purchase polycom equipment for installation and use in departmental offices or conference rooms. ITS orders and installs the polycom.

How to Request Support
Support is available M – F, 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Request support through the IT Service Hub or by contacting the IT Service Desk.

Eligibility
All UCOP departments may purchase a polycom.

Availability
24/7, except during planned outages

Cost
Departments pay the full purchase price of the polycom.
