Printer Support

Service Description
ITS provides basic support for the remaining networked and local printers that are not part of the print management initiative. When those printers break, they are not replaced. The customer needs to contact the print management initiative for support.

ITS also maps computers to shared networked printers new personnel or individuals who have changed locations.

How to Order or Request Support
Use the Service Hub to request printer support services. Support is available M – F, 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

All individuals with access to printers not included in the print management initiative.
All UCOP personnel who need to have their computer mapped to a printer.

Departments pay a monthly technology infrastructure fee (TIF) per individual to cover a standard computing bundle, office phone, voicemail, and email access, including access to email lists.
