ITS provides professional support services for database systems, including
- DB2 LUW
- SQL Server
The services include installation, planning, monitoring, backup, recovery, and consultation. ITS also applies patches, performs regular software maintenance, tunes production databases, and works with customers and vendors to solve database issues.
How to Order or Request Support
Use the IT Staff Services Database Form of the IT Service Hub to request support. Support is available 24x7 for production systems and M-F, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm for non-production systems.

All UCOP and UC location customers
A flat annual fee is charged, depending on the type of database product (RDBMS).
