Compliance

The TechDesk inventories all standard and nonstandard desktop computing hardware for reporting purposes. The TechDesk tracks standard software for compliance with license agreements; however, the TechDesk does not track nonstandard software license compliance. The TechDesk provides quarterly reports to UCOP leadership that summarize the purchase and cost of all desktop computing hardware, as well as standard software license compliance, and nonstandard software usage.
