Human Resources
Labor Relations is responsible for negotiating and administering 12 systemwide labor agreements with 10 unions, covering over 80,000 academic and staff employees across the UC system. Labor Relations plays a critical role in helping the University achieve its operational and human resource objectives through the negotiation of those contracts. As contract administrator, Labor Relations provides a valuable service in advising constituents at the campuses, medical centers and laboratory.
