Experiential Learning Fellowship

DESCRIPTION

Grace will serve as the Experiential Learning Fellow, an advocate for experiential learning opportunities across UC Berkeley, with a specific focus on hands-on campus food production. Responsibilities include:

  1. Creating and distributing weekly Berkeley Food Institute Student Opportunities Newsletter.
  2. Increasing collaboration within and across food production-related programs on campus, and facilitating coordination between campus gardens and allied campus units.
  3. Providing increased visibility for experiential learning opportunities through tabling at campus events.
  4. Working with staff and faculty on proposals to expand student experiential learning opportunities in agroecology and food justice at UC Berkeley, particularly at the campus field stations and in partnership with community-based nonprofit organizations.
