Promoting Access to Community Supported Agriculture and Reducing Food Waste
With her experience and interest working in farming systems, Cassidy plans to pursue working with local farmers and campus CSAs to ensure that students and local residents of all races, genders, class and ages have access to clean and affordable food. She also is interested in pursuing a project to eliminate the amount of food waste produced by grocery markets, restaurants and schools.
