Senior Counsel

Scott Abrams joined the Office of the General Counsel as University Counsel in January 2007. Prior to joining the office, Mr. Abrams was a partner in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice Groups at Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott LLP in San Francisco.

Mr. Abrams' primary areas of practice cover commercial transactions, energy, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing, construction, privatized development and international operations. He is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (B.A. 1990) and the University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D. 1993).
