Brett S. Henrikson
Brett Henrikson joined the Office of the General Counsel as Senior Counsel, Environmental Health & Safety, in October 2013. Prior to joining the office, Mr. Henrikson was a staff attorney in the Office of Laboratory Counsel at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Previously he practiced environmental law as a senior counsel at Chevron Corporation and an associate with Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp. He also served as a judicial clerk for Chief Justice Dana Fabe of the Alaska Supreme Court.
Mr. Henrikson received his undergraduate degree from Duke University (B.A., summa cum laude, 1994), and his law degree from Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1999). He attended UC Berkeley School of Law in 1998-1999 through the Harvard-Berkeley Exchange Program.
