Leasing and Licensing

The Real Estate Services Group (RESG) develops and oversees real estate leasing and licensing policies; negotiates, consults and coordinates system wide lease and license transactions; provides consulting services, training and lease/license forms in support of all University-related leasing activities.

The authority to approve and execute leases and licenses is outlined in the matrix Authority to Approve and Execute Real Estate Transactions for University-related Purposes.
