Biography
Sue is the Staff Education and Development Manager and has held this position since April 2001. For over 20 years, she has worked in the Human Resources field. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her career focus has been on workplace improvements that enable employees to reach their full potential. Serving as President of the Staff Assembly Board provides the perfect opportunity to use her experience and education to contribute to the further improvement of the UCR work environment. Sue has previously served on the Staff Assembly Board and manages the Assembly's Next Step career development program. She is actively involved in the UCR Climate Survey initiative and Diversity Education and Leadership Initiative.
