Biography
Brian is a founding staff member at the University of California, Merced, where he initially served in the School of Social Sciences, Humanities & Arts prior to joining the campus’s Capital Planning & Space Management unit, where he now serves as the Assistant Director.
Brian participated in the formation of the UC Merced Staff Assembly as part of the group that drafted the bylaws and convened the organization, and was subsequently elected to the inaugural UC Merced Staff Assembly Executive Board, where he served as the Chair for Communications before being elected as the Vice President, and then moving into the role of President of his local assembly. Following Brian's term as a CUCSA delegate, he was elected to serve as the Chair-Elect for the 2009 – 2010 CUCSA delegation.
Brian completed his B.A. in Political Science at CSU Stanislaus, and holds an MBA from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.
