This program was presented by Karl Brown of CIEE and Martyn Dodd of EnergySoft, Inc.  They covered a case study at UC Merced for exceeding previous Title 24 standards by at least 20% and then reviewed all of the changes in Title 24 and possible ways to exceed the new Title 24 by at least 20%.
