Campuses can refer to the External Financing Template on the UCOP SharePoint site. For other questions regarding the rates that will be used for capital budgeting and planning purposes, including the calculation of interest during construction, please contact the Capital Markets Finance team at UCcompliance@ucop.edu. TM1 Capital Projects Database
The TM1 Capital Project Database is the repository for all information relevant to the University's Capital Projects. This data informs such reports as the State Quarterly Report, the Major Cap Report, the Capital Financial Plan, and the Accountability Report, along with others. The database includes system-wide cost comparison reporting to assist with project planning.
