We develop, negotiate and manage the university's operating budget.

The Operating Budget unit within Budget & Capital Resources analyzes budgetary needs, policies and priorities and develops recommendations that help the Board of Regents fulfill its responsibilities in maintaining the public trust. We develop and implement methodologies for distributing resources among campuses and assist the chancellors and other campus officers in addressing planning and budget issues.
